This week, I spoke with artist and author Victoria Pendragon about her upcoming memoir, Scorpio Times X, in which she details her experiences being sexually trafficked by her white grandfather, who viewed the more Cuban-presenting grandchildren as disposable and the more white-presenting children were revered. TW: We get into the heavy topics of child abuse, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and incest and how inter-family racism played a big part into why what happened to Victoria and her siblings happened.

Konnichiwassup Cousins! This week I am joined by a pure agent of MIxed-Chinese & Jewish chaos, Echo! We discussed how their family's multiple layers of immigration, and exposure to a group of fellow Mixed-Queer-Asians in her teenage years help informed his identity today. Echo also reflects how continuing to find new Mixed spaces, helped them to come in contact with aspects of his Jewish heritage as well, despite growing up without much access. We had such a blast in this conversation, and I am so grateful to have shared space with them.
