14 year old Conner Svingen has been charged with negligent homicide for the shooting death of Antonio Carlos Thierry Jr. Both boys were 8th graders at East Middle School in Great Falls, Montana.  Anna-Marie Pablo, 23, and her boyfriend, Zachary Foor, 27, both entered guilty pleas Friday in Madison Circuit Court Division 6 to the murder of Pablo’s 11-month-old daughter, Emmarie. Madison County Coroner Danielle Noone said the autopsy showed Emmarie had signs of both suffocation and strangulation. A five-year-old cold case involving the disappearance of a Fort Jackson soldier has been ruled a suicide. Sergeant 1st Class Johnnie Johnson was first reported missing on December 10, 2015. He was 36-years-old when he disappeared. It wasn't until the fall of 2019 when his jawbone was discovered about a half-mile from his house. Micaela Francisco, a 21-year-old woman shot a man in a Publix parking lot after he gave her counterfeit cash during a drug deal gone bad they set up through Snapchat, Boynton Beach police said.

Carolyn Riggins, 69, vanished after she won a jackpot at a Watauga bingo hall on July 11. The car belonging to a Fort Worth grandmother missing since July has been found in a remote area of Cooke County. A body found inside the vehicle has not yet been positively identified, police say.

Ohio Attorney General David Yost said 45 missing children were recovered in Ohio by the U.S. Marshals (USMS) as part of an October operation called “Autumn Hope.” He also said this is the largest anti-human trafficking effort in state history. Yost said more than 50 agencies were involved in the operation resulting in the rescue of 109 human trafficking survivors and 177 arrests.

A 1-year-old girl in Las Vegas is dead after she was accidentally locked inside of a hot car and her father refused to break open the windows, according to authorities. Sidney Deal, 27, was arrested on Monday after rebuffing help from both his brother and the police to smash open the windows and rescue his dying daughter Sayah, claiming that he couldn't afford to pay for any damages to his new car. 

 Kelli Christina, a health care CEO from Plano, Texas, is suing Brad Pitt for $100,000, claiming he wooed her with talk of marriage and then ripped her off for big bucks on a charity debacle — but the actor’s lawyers say the woman was fooled by an online scammer.  

Yessenia Estefania Alvarado, 24, was kidnapped by a gang of four men in a pickup trick. They snatched her off the street in the municipality of Cajeme, in the north-western Mexican state of Sonora. Her body was discovered a month later in a mass grave.

Emma Whitehead, 25, was last seen at a residence in Pakington Street, Kew in Melbourne's eastern suburbs about lunchtime on Friday. Ms Whitehead was not carrying her phone or any money when she left the house.  Kevin Bowman, 53, is married to Larry Longoria’s sixteen-year-old daughter. Longoria is 52, and he signed his consent for his teenage daughter to marry a man who is 37 years older than her. The couple were married in Wagoner County. In Oklahoma, it is legal for 16-year-olds to marry with consent of one of their parents, but it us unusual for them to marry one so much older.  The 32-year-old man charged in the heinous murder of 23-year-old University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck admitted in court on Wednesday that he did, in fact, plan to kill Lueck before he met her in person. Ayoola Ajayi pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated murder and third-degree abuse or desecration of a human body in exchange for the death penalty being taken off of the table. Lueck disappeared June 17 after returning from a trip to California to attend her grandmother’s funeral. According to police, the 23-year-old kinesiology major at the University of Utah, who went by the nickname “Kenzie,” texted her parents around 1 a.m. after her plane had landed. Then she took a Lyft to Hatch Park in North Salt Lake.

Six men were charged Thursday in an alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, according to a federal criminal complaint.  The alleged plot included plans to overthrow several state governments that the suspects "believe are violating the US Constitution," including the government of Michigan and Whitmer, according to the complaint. The FBI became aware of the scheme in early 2020 through a social media group of individuals, according to the criminal complaint. After the arrests were made, Gretchen Whitmer released a statement in which she blamed President Donald Trump for the plot against her life. Trump responded by attacking her on twitter.

A recorded history of domestic violence ended when Uriel Adames-Gomez, 29, dialed 911 shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday and said he'd just stabbed Gabriel Adames-Gomez, 26. Adames-Gomez told borough police that "he had stabbed and killed his brother,". Why? Because he wanted to get the demons out.

A kindergarten teacher in China has been sentenced to death for poisoning dozens of children in an act of revenge against a colleague that left one toddler dead. A court in the central Chinese province of Henan said Wang Yun put sodium nitrite into porridge being prepared for her colleague's students, sickening 25.

A prison guard had sex with an inmate who killed his wife and baby daughter, before ‘sanctioning’ him beating a colleague, a court has heard. Lauren McIntyre, 32, is accused of having a sexual relationship with convicted double murderer Andrew Roberts over a four month period at HMP Isle of Wight.  The driver has been arrested after an accident on I-470 on Monday afternoon where a body was discovered at the scene. Authorities in Belmont County say 36-year-old David Allen Saunders was ejected from a car when it veered off the road and hit a sign near Exit 214. First, officials believed he died as a result of the accident, but then learned that wasn’t the case.  A 36-year-old Louisiana man was arrested Sunday after he was found living in a Florida teenager's bedroom by the girl's parents, the Hernando County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.
