On today's episode, we look at the relationship between poisons and antidotes. There are several examples in nature of plants that are poisonous to humans which grow very closely to the plants that are the antidotes to those exact poisons. We go through a few examples in this episode. I ask for your thoughts and musings and real life examples where nature provided the plant that you needed, whether that be an antidote, a remedy, or a survival need.
**CORRECTION** Please note that I made an error when talking about Jewelweed - I specifically spoke of the species Impatiens pallida but I do need to add the species Impatiens capensis as they are both applicable here as the antidote to poison ivy. My apologies!
We then dive into the "woo" side of this title statement - Nature provides. We talk about the pandemic situation and how nature is providing us with so many needs right now - wisdom, clarity, breath, energy, perspective, company, solitude, nourishment, space. I leave you to muse on this question - How is nature providing what you need in this moment?
