This week I am using my podcast and platforms to continue to promote growth and assess the current climate of the world and the black lives matter movement from an African American millennial perspective. I encourage you to do the same using social media and your platforms to break down generational barriers of misunderstanding.

In this week's episode I am sharing my pregnancy story; keeping the Mother's Day Vibe going! Enjoy :-)
At two months postpartum I decided to record this episode while my experience was still fresh in my mind. Pregnancy is amongst the top life changing events a woman can experience in a lifetime if not THE MOST. No birth story is the same. No pregnancy is the same. I am just sharing my story of how I found out I was pregnant, what it was like being pregnant for the first time, and being diagnosed with gestational hypertension at 37 weeks pregnant. Yes it was overwhelming at times, but I knew in the end it would all be worth it!

It’s time to set the record straight! This week's episode focuses on the Millennial Facts and the oh so wrong and misinformation that is constantly circulated about Millennials. I even pulled some research that provides the numbers if you enjoy data like me :-)
The flow of this week's episode will be:
According to #Pew research
“Millennials are the largest generation in the U.S. labor force”.
“Early Benchmarks Show ‘Post-Millennials’ on Track to Be Most Diverse, Best-Educated Generation Yet.”
“Millennials stand apart from the young adults of the Silent generation when it comes to education, employment and home life.”
