I started off this year freelancing and earning $0 the first two months to making over 6 figures! This is a breakdown of where ALL of my money came from and went to in 2020—income, expenses, savings, and investments! I am a SINK, which stands for Single Income No Kids, and a visual designer in tech currently living at home with my parents.  I share my salary not to brag, but for everyone to understand transparently what I do and to understand their own worth. Also a note, my paycheck is just a paycheck. I do not get any RSUs or ESPPs because I am not a FTE at a tech company, I work as a full time contractor.

How do you make money from Youtube without being monetized? It's easy! As a small Youtuber it feels next to impossible to reach 1,000 subscribers or 40,000 watch hours and hit that elusive "monetized" status.
