Lee Caraher is the CEO of San Francisco-based Double Forte and is an acclaimed communication strategist known for her practical solutions to big problems. This is not her first rodeo – she’s worked at highly regarded companies big and small throughout her career, and she's learned a lot along the way that she shares in her book and in her keynote speeches and workshops in the hopes that everyone can reduce the drama in the workplace.

Lee is active in the community and currently serves on the Board of KQED Public Media Grace Cathedral’s Board and on the Board of Trustees of Menlo College, Atherton.
Lee lives on the San Francisco Bay Peninsula with her husband, two sons and blind cat Al.
