    Episode 159  “LIFE GOES ON”

In this episode, we talk about what it means to feel desirable to yourself and others. What does it mean to be desirable? Additionally, we talk about weaponizing emotions to hurt others. How do people act when they have not dealt with their trauma? We also talked about the transitions in childhood and how they affect our adulthood. Lastly, we spoke about how being a “people pleaser” can work against you and lose yourself. This episode was much needed.

    DESIRABLE

What does it mean to be desirable to others? Does being desirable mean that others will always be attracted to you? What happens to someone who is liked but does not feel desirable?

    WEAPONIZING EMOTIONS

Why do people who are emotionally unstable tend to hurt others? Do you believe that hurt people hurt other people? What does it mean for others to heal and help others?

    EMOTIONALLY BURNED OUT

Sometimes it is hard to acknowledge that we are human and need to recharge. What does it feel like to be emotionally fatigued? What do you do to refuel yourself?

    HEALING

Do we all heal from childhood trauma? Do all childhood interactions affect our thinking as adults? How do we address childhood thoughts and feelings?

    PEOPLE PLEASING

Why do we work so hard to help others even if they don’t care about what we do? Does it help us when we are being there for others?

    Episode 158  “Tired AF”

In this episode, Ty and I discuss how hard it is to protect what you love. This conversation started with dating and moved to a deep dig about vulnerability. Is it bad to be “too strong”? Do people, who always support others, have a hard time asking for help? Additionally, we talked about the importance of  self-acknowledgement. What does it mean to truly trust someone? This was a great conversation!

    TRUST

Who are the people we really trust? Can trust be created instantly? How would you know if you could trust someone?

    EMOTIONALLY BURNED OUT

Sometimes it is hard to acknowledge that we are human and need to recharge. What does it feel like to be emotionally fatigued? What do you do to refuel yourself?

    RECHARGING

When is it time to recharge yourself? Do you know how to recharge? How often should self-care take place? Is there a different way to recharge emotionally and mentally?

  • Episode 157 “Why get Married”

    Episode 157  “Why get Married”

In this episode, I challenge the ideologies of most single people. I talk about what it takes to sustain a healthy marriage. Additionally, I speak on people’s fears of changing their ways and why it is important to find a partner who challenges you. I also tell my formula on how to handle the most difficult parts of being married. Listen and enjoy!

    HONESTY

Most of the time, people are not honest about how they feel and think. Why do people think dishonesty yields results? Do people understand what they want from a partner? Are people honest about their flaws?

    COMMITMENT

Are people willing to commit to constant change? Does social media allow us to stick to what works? Too often, people ignore success because of the opinion of the masses.  Do people believe in seeing things all the way to the end?

    LOVE YOURSELF

Do people love themselves enough to make different decisions? Most people do not believe in themselves enough to know how to love others?

  • Episode 156 "Because Trauma said so"

Episode 156 “Because Trauma said so”

In this episode, I talk about a recent poll from my instagram story. The question was “What is the reason the dating scene is so bad?” The choices were the pool of men; the pool of women; major miscommunication or commitment issues. The top choice was major miscommunication. As a result of the poll, I talk about how the dating scene should be a little easier than it is. I also talk about how it is time for people to heal and then date. Lastly, I ask if there is any  common ground between men and women.

    THE POOL OF MEN

Are there any men that meet the standards that women currently have? What does a man, who is a project, look like? Are men really that bad?

    THE POOL OF WOMEN

No one voted “the pool of women”, which makes me think men still value everything that women bring to the table.

    MAJOR MISCOMMUNICATION

The was the top choice for the voters. Do adults communicate and comprehend well? Is this something that can be fixed?

    MAJOR COMMITMENT ISSUES

Why are people afraid to commit to something? Does this come from unhealed trauma?

  • Episode 154 “The Croesus” ft. CJ

    Episode 154 “The Croesus”

In this episode, I have a dope conversation with Cedric Wilkerson Jr. aka CJ the sole founder of the brand “The Croesus”. We talk about business, personal journeys, dating in college and friendships. CJ talks about what it is like to be an entrepreneur while attending college. He also talks about the advantages of having other skills that helped him move his brand along. Additionally, he talked about how dating is a very dangerous game when you are trying to focus. These young men have great and strong opinions.

Are all business journeys the same? We dive deep into our personal business journeys and how they are similar and different. Additionally, we talk about the universal parts of business. Cj and Ty are big on becoming millionaires in the next 24 months and I give them a perspective that they can’t deny. The journey of becoming a millionaire can be more valuable than achieving it.

Should friends and their spouses be close? We talk about if friends should share group chats with each other along with their spouses. This conversation gets really interesting and we definitely disagreed a lot. Additionally, should friends rank higher than their spouse? Ty did not believe so but CJ and I agreed that spouses become number 1 when you are locked in with them.

    The Croesus Story

Croesus is a luxury athletic & streetwear brand founded in December 2019 that first released in March 2020.

The name Croesus means “Rich” or “Very Wealthy”

    Episode 153 “Don’t be Emotional”

In this episode, we talk about the different emotional states of men and if age plays a factor in that. What are the differences between being emotionally intelligent, emotionally aware and emotional? Tinder

Ty talks about his experiences with tinder and how it shaped his view on dating and women. Additionally, he spoke about how he changed that and why it was important for him to discontinue the use. I just ask alot of questions about the app. This conversation was funny but informative for me.

    Generation Z emotions

We talk about how Ty believes millennials are a lot better at handling everyday situations. He thinks most people react extremely to minor situations. What role does social media play in their thought processes? This conversation is great for people who experience a wide range of emotions everyday.
