Over the past weekend many have been posting on social media about the COVID-19 API, some have suddenly found on their mobile devices. FOr this reason we felt it necessary to revisit the topic on the show this morning and explain what the API is, and also what it is NOT.  

Many of these posts have people asking themselves things such as: "Is the government trying to track me?" and "Should I worry about this new  feature which was automatically pushed out with recent Android 6 updates, and Apple iOs 13.5 update?"

Normally we speak about cinema, television, and theatre on Fridays at 11, but today Tat and Dustin decided to push into other areas, specifically the politics of "cancel culture" and the dangers of not knowing history.

The events happening in the United States at the moment are extremely unsettling, and these attempts to erase history, simply because one does not like the events of history, can be extremely hazardous to mankind. Winston Churchill warned of the dangers of not knowing history, being that one is doomed to repeat it. 

Among this chat, is a season 3 episode of THE SIMPSONS, which was specifically written by Matt Groening for the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. This episode, entitled, STARK RAVING DAD, has apparently been removed from all streaming platforms, such as Disney Plus, as it is considered offensive to some, and God only knows why. Politics and political correctness strike again.
