What in the world is God up to? Why does He allow some events to happen, and He doesn't act to prevent things that seem to make no good sense?

Jesus has been saving wretches for 2000 years and counting, turning fallen humans into new creations. May we never stand in the way of His work! May we be stepping stones and never stumbling blocks, gateways and never hedgerows, bridges but never barriers.

This whole faith walk is a corporate venture or perhaps better said it's a family adventure and it's certainly not one to be traversed alone. Having one another is one of the greatest blessings God bestows.

When our time comes to depart this world, we may do so in peace. How so? Because the Prince of Peace has made it possible through His redemptive work on the cross, purchasing our peace with His own precious blood.May this Peace be yours to the absolute fullest!

Mary treasured all that happened that eventful night deep down in her heart. Jesus was her Son and yet He was the Son of God--from eternity past and likewise forevermore. All glory to God in the highest!

"But when the right time came, God sent His Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent Him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that He could adopt us as His very own children."

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him."

We dare not fail to name these two Samaritans as being "good" along with the star of Jesus' famous parable. But we most assuredly should not deem them as "good" by their own merits, but rather by the "good" bestowed upon them by Jesus.

The more we sacrifice for God's kingdom and purposes - the more we put off selfish ways and walk in a manner that pleases God - the stronger and more pleasant the aroma we radiate.

Words can be brutal and used to rip someone to pieces. But they can also bring healing and encouragement and life. Words are inexpensive but can prove to be priceless.
