Season 2 is finally here! And we’ve had a makeover! New team, new guests, new youtube channel and new questions designed to reveal the inner workings of a millionaire mind - pretty much the only thing that hasn’t changed is me as your host! To kick off season 2 we have the Master of Success himself - Daniel Mangena.

After receiving a late diagnosis of Asperger’s and experiencing what can only be described as life-shattering trauma at the age of just 20, Daniel spent the next seven years struggling to keep these revelations and events from spilling into every area of his life. As a result of his struggles, Daniel built a simple, four-step system called the Beyond Intention Paradigm.

Initially built as a lifeline to help Daniel grapple with suicidal thoughts, Beyond Intention was born, transforming Daniel’s life from misery to celebration and big success as a motivational speaker and coach. The books he has authored, his “Do it With Dan” podcast series (which is available on all major platforms, regular blogs, published articles and worldwide workshops; have all helped thousands across the globe. The digital startup ecosystem and angel investing represent Dom’s true passion. As an investor, he has provided seed funding to over 20 technology startups. As an entrepreneur, he has managed client campaigns with budgets exceeding $3 billion, delivered 7 million+ sales leads and generated over $500 million in sales as a power affiliate. Dom constantly scours the world for the next breakout startups in his fields of predilection: fintech, digital media, augmented and virtual reality, artificial intelligence, cleantech, edtech, health tech and food tech.

More recently, Dom founded the Startup Supercup, a leading tech conference that unites 1000 carefully vetted angel investors, VCs, private equity funds, technology startups and leading media outlets from around the world. The three-day conference takes place in medieval Sarlat France.

This weeks guest is the wise Joanna Hunter - Joanna is an accomplished serial entrepreneur who’s built five six-figure businesses - the most recent solely through organic reach.

Joanna first stepped into entrepreneurship at the age of 23. Entrepreneurship was natural to her, and by the age of 26, she owned three designer boutiques.

The crunch point came when she collapsed and was admitted to hospital suffering from multiple organ failure. I really enjoyed this conversation with Joanna because she basically destroyed any notion that science and spirituality are separate, as a scientist myself I can’t help but need to see the physical evidence for things like the law of attraction and how important mindset really is and in Joanna gives me those answers just in this podcast episode.

Whether you are spiritual or not, you will learn a lot from this episode because of how knowledgeable and articulate Joanna is.

For those who don’t know, the term “growth mindset” is a term popularised by Carol Dweck in her book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, and it describes the belief that your characteristics, skills and values can always be developed and improved through work ethic and commitment - genetics and circumstance is just the starting point. The opposite of this is what they call a “fixed” mindset i.e. that you’re born with a set of circumstances such as intelligence and talent and there’s nothing you can do to change the hand you’ve been dealt. As you can imagine, those with a growth mindset are proven to be happier, healthier, higher performing individuals than those with a growth mindset.

Dylan is a high school dropout from a small country town in Pennsylvania. He started his first business when he was 14 selling mobile phones. But after 12 years of struggling, making no progress and working from his freezing basement on multiple businesses and projects, not to mention nearly a Million dollars in debt - he decided to scrap all of his business projects but one, digital marketing.

Turns out, focus was the key. 4 short years later he has built Ogline Digital into a 7-figure agency generating over a million in sales three years running.

Dylan is now a leading expert in direct response advertising and business growth. He has now turned his focus to helping other people start and grow their own hyper profitable digital agency.

Dylan undoubtedly believes that anybody can start and build their own digital agency that will allow them to have more freedom and live a life with purpose and meaning. Madlena was born, grew up, and completed her education as a dentist in Bulgaria  in south-east Europe.

Very early in her childhood, she realised that the only chance to be self-sufficient and not dependant on anyone is to be educated.

She obtained her doctor‘s title at the early age of 23.

At the age of 30, she found herself opening a dental practice in a foreign country-Germany.

From 1991 until 2011 she served from her heart 7000 patients until she then sold her practice in 2011 to follow her life’s purpose and choosing to live according to her heart rather than her head.

She does this now as a High-Performance and Mindset Mentor,  showing female leaders how to magnetise a life, a career, and/or business that allows them to also operate from their heart over their head.

As you’ll hear, Madlena’s passion for helping leaders step into their power and femininity is almost overwhelming, that’s how much she cares and certainly this level of self awareness and self prioritisation is very much needed in the world right now. This week we welcome online course specialist Tom Libelt to the show! Tom has been learning and practising business since he was a child, being ripped off by Russian vendors in communist Poland will certainly teach you about negotiation! His family eventually moved from Poland to the US to escape communism while Tom was still young, and his parents took any job they could to survive. Seeing all this as a young man motivated him to never want a job and keep moving forward as an entrepreneur, publisher, salesman, and one of the top Polish hip hop artists.
