Proof that it's never too late to go after your version of success without sacrifice, it is my greatest pleasure to introduce you to my Dad, Phil Jepson. My ethos of "success without sacrifice" was inspired by my Dad because I watched him spend the majority of his life sacrificing in order to achieve the traditional path of success that has never been able to fulfil him.. My Dad is my role model, my best friend and my number 1 supporter. He gave me my start in business, entrusting his decade old company for me to run and experiment with to explore my own potential, but for a long time I watched my Dad repeatedly sacrifice in order to pursue someone else's version of success. Because of this, I am so proud to see where he is now in his life and business. He finally detached from his first business which gave him no joy whatsoever and raised millions of pounds to start his buying and selling businesses empire - UK businesses capital partners. 

He has gone ALL IN on this venture (as you’ll hear in this episode) and as a result has experienced massive success super fast, now being invited to speak internationally on the same stages as celebrities and other millionaire and billionaire entrepreneurs. He’s been featured in NBC, fox, siliconvalley.com, USA today, streetinsider.com and many more. The worlds highest paid wealth coach JT Foxx also featured my Dad’s story in the latest edition of his book ‘Millionaire Underdog. He also has his own podcast, the buying and selling businesses show. There is no one who deserves this success more than my Dad.
