Today we flipped the questions around and let our moms interview us! 🤍 We talked about why we started the podcast, what we hope younger girls take away from it, why Caroline says “like” so much , and finished with a little debrief from our Arkansas visit.
Today’s quote: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” — often attributed to Albert Schweitzer 🎙️
Special guests alert! Today we brought our moms on the pod! 🤍 We asked them what they wanted to be when they were younger, what success means to them now, what advice they’d give their 17-year-old selves, and the big question… do they think we actually have what it takes to be successful?
Part Two coming next! 🎙️
Yesterday was a little more of a chill day for us, which got us thinking about how hard it can be to slow down when you’re always chasing the next goal.
Today we’re talking about the pressure to constantly be productive, the difference between resting and being lazy, and why not every day has to be your most productive day ever. Sometimes slowing down is exactly what you need to keep going.
Today’s quote: “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 🤍
Would you rather have a million followers or a million dollars in sales? 👀
Today we’re putting each other on the spot with some business-themed Would You Rather questions. From money and success to taking risks, choosing the right team, and trusting God when you don’t know exactly where you’re headed, we’re finding out where we agree and where we definitely don’t.
Today’s quote: “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” — Proverbs 16:9 🤍
Working together doesn’t always mean splitting everything 50/50.
Today we’re looking back at our Incubator experience and some of the biggest lessons we learned about working with other people. Sometimes your partner only has 25% to give, and you have to be willing to bring the other 75%, knowing they’ll do the same for you when you need it.
We’re talking group dynamics, knowing each other’s “battery,” learning how your partner works, and why understanding the person beside you can be just as important as the work itself.
Today’s quote: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” 🤍
Today we’re switching it up with a Q&A! 🎙️
We’re answering questions about who we are, what success looks like to us, where we see ourselves in five years, our goals, non-negotiables, and a few random things in between.

Today’s quote: “Go where the wind takes you.” 🤍
What if the goal that scares you is actually the one worth chasing?
Today we’re talking about dreaming bigger, pivoting when the plan changes, and refusing to shrink our goals just because they feel impossible or a little embarrassing to say out loud. We’re learning that you don’t have to know exactly how you’ll get there before deciding where you want to go.
Dream big. Pivot when you need to. And don’t let the fear of what other people think keep you from going for it.
Today’s quote: “If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough.” 🤍
Waiting for the “perfect time” might be the exact thing holding you back.
Today we’re talking about why we decided to stop waiting until we felt ready and just start, even when things aren’t perfect. From launching this podcast to building our business and chasing our bigger goals, we’re learning that sometimes you have to figure it out as you go.
Today’s quote: “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” 🤍
Welcome to the first episode of MI5! Today we’re sharing who we are, the big goals we’re chasing, the business we’re building, and why we decided to document all of it—before we have it figured out.
We’re Lily and Caroline: athletes, aspiring entrepreneurs, girls who love God, and two people who are always looking for ways to get better. This is just the beginning.
Today’s quote: “One day or day one.”
We’re choosing Day One. 🤍
