During the height of spiritualism in the 1920s, Boston medium Mina "Margery" Crandon became a sensation with her dramatic séances and claims of spiritual contact. But not everyone was convinced. Rose Mackenberg, an investigator who worked alongside Houdini, went undercover to expose fraudulent mediums across the country - including mediums like Mina.
