In this week's episode I have the pleasure of chatting with Shimrit Nativ from Master Your Path. Shimrit gets to spend her time helping professionals to tap into their power and make the shifts required to create a life they love. In this chat she breaks down what that process looks like and shares her experience on how YOU can make that shift too.
Shimrit talks about how she got into coaching, how she created a life that she loves and some of the steps involved in the process of doing just that.

Now she helps others to overcome the same challenges for themselves. Tune in to find out more.

John seemed to relish the opportunity to rant when I invited him on the show but I think you'll agree that there was a lot of value within his ranting. So much so that I couldn't keep it all to one episode, so here is part two of my chat with John Davies. enjoy!
Remember to check out part one where...
John Davies is a self proclaimed Ar****le, Videographer and all round great guy (despite his aspersion to the contrary). In this episode we talk about... well, we talk about a lot of things and go off on many tangents to be honest. John describes what Autism has been like for him and how recognising it for what it is helped him to understand himself and the world a little better.
If you have ever wondered what it's like inside the mind of someone with autism - don't expect to discover all the answers here. What you will discover though, with great insight (and less great humour), is one person's unique perspective on it and on the world. John's introspective understanding of himself and ability to describe his experiences provides a unique opportunity to see how different we all can be and yet still connected by commonalities.
There may also be a rant or two... or even a rant, within a rant... enjoy!

Katy shares her experiences of growing up with her parents having adopted her, meeting her biological and why she "wouldn't recommend battling a tree with your spine."
