Congratulations you've fallen pregnant with your rainbow baby. You've been blessed after experiencing a loss. But the after the excitement of the baby news you gradually find yourself being consumed in fear, anxiety, self doubt and a roller-coaster of emotions. I DID TOO! I'm going to be discussing how I supported myself through those battles with myself during my first trimester. Putting a plan together ensuring I could support myself through my pregnancy after miscarriage.

It is not easy living life feeling incomplete. We always have the perfect image of life with parents in it. Those people or person that have our backs and are our role models. They protect us and support us. But for some people this is not the case. Some have never known their parents, lost parents and have broken relationships with them. I'm sharing my experience and how it affected me and how I'm dealing with it now. And I share with you how you can still be everything you desire even if you never had the base to support you. When we have busy lives it's so important to take that step back to recharge and refocus. We tend to burn out when we neglect the opportunity to take a step back from the chaos and realign ourself. Don't feel bad for withdrawing yourself for abit so that you can fill your cup up and give yourself attention.

I strongly believe just because you have had bad experiences with life or come from a difficult background, does not mean you can't have a successful future. I'm sharing my own personal experiences that would hold be back and even made me want to commit suicide but I chose to fight. You can have a fruitful life filled with your desires of success. It's all about you, your mindset and your choice to believe you deserve it.

This was a key starting point with me recently. And something I always come back to. It's one of the golden questions. A serious one too!! In this podcast I discuss this, how I reacted to the big question and how you also need to ask yourself what is the relationship you have with yourself? What inner conversations do you have on a day to day basis with yourself? Are you your biggest supporter or your own obstacle? This can get deep, get personal and create a sence of being uncomfortable. But that good! We have to dig deep within ourself in order to bring out our authentic self.
