Mind Drop Rocks

Welcome to Mind Drop, and congratulations on discovering a Mind Drop Rock: a hand-painted river stone that travels the world carrying quiet messages of inspiration and kindness. Each one is a tiny invitation to pause, breathe, and remember your own strength.

I’m so glad this one found its way to you. I created these rocks, and the audios you’ll hear here, to offer a moment of calm and a spark of encouragement whenever you need it.

Here’s what you’ll find:

Tapping sessions: designed to gently clear negative emotions and old beliefs that might be weighing you down.

Neuro-rewiring meditations: to help you build and strengthen the beliefs that will positively serve you.

Choose the topic that speaks to you most. For a full reset, start your day with the tapping session to release and clear, then return in the evening to its matching neuro-rewiring meditation, the companion piece that helps you weave the new, empowering patterns into place.

Take a breath with me and let these sounds remind you that you are enough, you are unstoppable, and just like this rock, you shine in your own unique way!

With much love and gratitude,

Jodi Tala xx
