During the last episode I discussed the importance of increasing your self-awareness. The next step in any kind of self-improvement is to identify your ego in order to work on the many attachments we have developed through years of programming. Our ego is a culmination of genetic predisposition, outside influences and programming, and our past experience. It is through this process that we develop the lens and filter through with we interact with our present reality. This dramatically influences our thought, emotions, and reactions. We must understand it in order to change it.
