In this episode, I talk about my anxiety struggles and my intense emotions regarding my future as a first-generation student/child. These are intense emotions that I have been experiencing for a while now and decided to open up even though I am still figuring out how to heal. If you are sensitive to hearing someone else rant about their trauma, please listen with much care. The last thing I want to do is to drain your energy or make someone else feel worse about themselves. My goal was to 1. share my experience and maybe it will help somebody not feel alone and 2. spread awareness about these feelings and normalize them. I want to be able to help others but also shine a light on some topics that are not spoken about that NEED to be aired out and addressed in order to create a better environment for ourselves.
Good mental health is crucial for us to continue progressing and to grow as beautiful human beings. So take care of yourself, take the time you need to heal, and do what brings you peace.
SIDE NOTE: I can't believe that I was on the verge of crying throughout this episode LMFAO I am actually publishing this. I also wanted to add that I decided not to upload the video... the next episode I will work on a video to upload on Spotify.

I WENT TO DUBAI! It was such a beautiful experience where I learned a lot about myself, my wants, and desires and met so many cool people. It was an eye-opening experience and encountered many awkward situations. I am so grateful for this experience and I wanted to share how the trip went and some things I learned. I have so much more to share but I shared as much as I could remember with my covid brain.
FYI: The desserts were divine. Love.
Hope you enjoy it!

I ranted about The Weeknd for about 35-40 minutes. I pour my heart on a few songs I adore from his xo era albums. I talk about what he means to me musically and as an artist. I hope you enjoy!
P.S I have more episodes relating to The Weekend in mind so I can go more in-depth about my love for him and his work since he leaves it all to the fans to assume the meaning of this face-bandaged character he created.

From our deepest materialistic to emotional desires to our hopes of what our lives would look like once our dreams are accomplished; Mariana and I create an auditory vision board and we manifest our wants out loud. Friendships are not a happy and dandy journey at all times, there are some bumps on the road on the way. We talk through our thoughts and feelings and tell each other in the face what we dislike and like about each other.

In this amazing episode, we talk about the thoughts that drive us insane in the shower and keep us late at night. You can also call them stoner thoughts lol. We use Reddit and our own experiences to create a list of thoughts that make us question our existence in this big rock floating in the middle of space.
Side note: I have rebranded and instead of MindofDaisy- the new name of the podcast is going to be MindofMine! Let me know your thoughts because I am testing it out and will 100% will talk about it on the next episode.
Enjoy!

*Please excuse my retainers throughout the episode 😭💀 *
I think my retainers added a comedic touch to this episode because it can be a sensitive topic for some. I tried to be serious and all you hear is a lisp. Editing this was hilarious.
The body-body-ody-ody, mind, and spiritual journey is a long one. I wanted to tell you my experience and where it, unfortunately, all started with me and how I am doing now. It took much courage to talk about this and recorded this too many times and at one point I didn’t want to upload about this topic at all. I don’t have the solution to these problems and I still struggle with healing. I hope some of my wise words or experiences will make someone out there more comfortable with themselves. I have a lot more to say and a lot more growth so stay tuned for the next part of this topic.
Just know you are worthy and sooo beautiful :)

From holding my own concerts in my room to now having my own podcasts. Back in the day… I had a very low-key music career… LMFAO. I talked about where it all started and how I want to be more in touch with my creative side instead of my logistical/realistic side of careers/mind.
I’m not sure how this fact did not make it into the podcast and I am very upset with myself - BUT DID I MENTION I LOVE THE WEEKEND AND HE’S A HUGE INFLUENCE IN MY LIFE :)
I hope you enjoy!
