I know I have been absent from the podcast for awhile now, and the truth is I have been stripping back the layers of Mind Your Hero in order to rebuild this company from a set of strong foundations, that have been the result of all the experience I have gained from the years I have been doing business in the online space. This really is the epitome of me being a 3/5 Generator! 

One of the things that I ‘burnt down’ was my original Instagram account that had close to 6000 followers, and started from a clean slate.
