Our next class is a community class, which means it's 1/2 price! Everyone can use a little insight and direction in planning for their year ahead. We'll be working with goal and intention setting versus resolutions because guess what, resolutions don't work! We'll explain why in class and take you through a workshop, printable worksheets and all. We'll of course end with guided meditations to work with the energy side of intention-setting.
