I’m Shorina, a holistic counsellor, wellbeing coach, and business mentor, and I created this space to hold you in the gentle reminder that you don’t have to force your way through life. You don’t have to do more, be more, or prove yourself to be worthy. You already are.
Here, we’ll explore what it means to truly live in alignment – to move through life with ease instead of pressure, to honour our emotions, and to reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies.
