Did you know that participation in meditation by US adults has tripled from 2012-2017? This is likely due to the evidence that meditation can improve overall health and emotional well-being.
On this epsiode we wanted to share our thoughts, experiences, and suggestions on meditation. This practice has been around since the beginning of time but now is quickly becoming an every day practice for so many individuals around the world. We do our best sales job of why starting a meditation practice could be of benefit to you. We hope you picked up one or two things from this episode that allowed you to either start or refresh your meditation practice.
