Mindfully Aware with hOhm Erie

Come back home. Your place of strength and stability. Ground yourself in your inner sanctuary of hope and love.

Wear your heart on your sleeve to find your true essence.

Allowing us to explore our shadow side to fully release all that’s not serving us. Creating space to fully embrace the light of the moon.

Break out of the emotional storm with the power of your breath.

This new moon phase is a wonderful time to dive deep into our souls, seek clarity within and find our inner truths hidden beneath the layers.

This week we are reminded to look within to seek clarity, find awareness, show compassion and to surrender to trust.

Cultivate a loving attitude towards yourself and others this election.
