Poa is a registered dietitian with a whole food focus who is passionate about helping people live their best lives and feel good. She has spent the last 20 years teaching health & nutrition classes, studying gut health, experimenting with and selling fermented foods, enjoying the support of herbal plants, and feeling the blessings of a mindfulness practice. Currently she works 1:1 supporting clients on their health goals in her 10 week program ‘Purposefully You! Realigning to Balance’.
Mindfulness 4 Mamas supports the well-being of mamas by gathering in a safe, non-judgmental space and providing mothers of all ages and stages access to mindful practices and community.
