Mindfulness Man

In this podcast we look at the relationship between energy and relaxation in meditation.

Hello and welcome to mindfulness man.

Last week I introduced mindfulness with a short and very

loose, guided meditation.

This week we’re going to look at posture and the breath

during a guided meditation. This will be very short, about 15 to twenty minutes

and we’ll gradually extend meditation time as the weeks go on. Enjoy

This is a guided mindfulness expansion. Please listen patiently, especially to the spaces in between words.Enjoy
