We start to do more of things that deplete us, than nourish us and this can lead to us feeling stressed, lead to burn-out and if we're not careful lead to depression.
Don't wait until something serious happens to you, like an accident, or medical problem for you to make those changes. Life is too short. I had to learn that the hard way, but the important thing is I have made some big changes to my life over the last couple of years and i'm a far better wife, mother and friend for it.
