  • Light up my world the right way
This episode looks at the distinct difference between natural daylight and artificial light by understanding spectrums of colour and wavelengths of colour. Wavelengths of colour affect us in different ways. The colour blue has a short wavelength but emits the most amount of energy, stimulating us mentally and physically. Most artificial light contain more blue light than any other spectrum of colour. This can be harmful to our wellbeing and mental health if used after the hours of sunset. Our natural body clocks are programmed to follow the circadian rhythm. Find out more about it all on this episode. Contact details [email protected]
