MS Diary | Monday, 9/25/23 | How I'll BE better this week
Last week was rough. I missed work days, slept awful and the restroom? Ha. Spasms were worse, longer too. Spasticity so tight, I had non-stop muscle pain, nerve pain. I've got to try something.
1.Meal replacement shakes in AM for energy.
2.Exercise BEFORE work for pain relief & better movement.
3.No alcohol to lessen restroom trips
4.Early bedtime to manage pressure spots
*deeeeeeeeeep breathe* Here. I. Go.
