When I went into this interview with Parris Williams I was so unprepared for the amount of impact it would have on my own life let along how amazing this interview would be.
Parris is truly the queen of a winning mindset and as much as we discuss her sport and the physical aspects of it and break down what she demands of herself in her sport. It was so inspiring to hear how much work goes on behind the scene of becoming a GB triathelete and how much her whole life is worked around being the best she can be.
