This month's theme is classic neuroplasticity. This week's focus is changing something up in our environment to create a new feeling in our space. 

What does this mean? It can be anything from rearranging a room, moving around furniture or some plants, or even some of your artwork or picture frames. It can also be a big bold step like painting a wall a whole new color! 

This challenge can benefit everyone - so invite your friends and family to join the fun. Plus you might need to rally help moving some furniture around!
