Episode 2 of The Art of Something Mini-Series is with my good friend Brian Bannister. I was fortunate to coach alongside Banny for a few years in San Francisco, and it was a true honor to pick the brains of a master such as Banny. The first time I saw him, he was hovering over a computer with his hood over his head. He was dialed on a pitcher's mechanics at a level I had never seen before.

At that moment, he addressed me with a genuine smile and a presence that gravitated my soul toward his energy. However, I always wanted to pay respect to his precision and focus. Banny, whom I consider "Master Splinter," is one of the most unique and brilliant minds I've encountered.
