False anxiety stems from physical triggers—like lack of sleep, too much caffeine, or a night of drinking—that send your body into distress. True anxiety runs deeper. It shows up when you're disconnected from your truth—saying yes when you mean no, abandoning yourself for the comfort of others, or ignoring your inner voice. Marta shares how to recognize these signals and begin to respond with compassion, curiosity, and alignment.
