A little background of Chin Bok, Like many working adults, Chin Bok went through the lifestyle of long mundane hours of working with stress and irregular eating habits. One day, his doctor told him that his health status was in red and it would get worse if he continued on such an unhealthy lifestyle. Hence, Chin Bok decided to make a change to his lifestyle by committing to climb stairs at his HDB blocks every day whenever he gets home. Over time, his active lifestyle made his health better and he became stronger to challenge himself for more flights of stairs by climbing around the buildings in Singapore. He then turned himself from an amateur stair climber to become a competitive vertical marathoner, going around the world to challenge himself. Over these 10 years, Chin Bok became an inspiration among his friends and had effectively influenced the people surrounding him to live an active and healthy lifestyle at all ages.
“Aspire To Inspire Before Expire” is Chin Bok’s motto of life.
