City leaders and community members gathered at the Minneapolis Police Department's Fifth Precinct today to honor Officer Jamal Mitchell, who was fatally shot while on duty yesterday.

And Minnesota Democrats are gathering in Duluth for their state convention, which started today and runs through Sunday.
