Minnesota FringeCast

Building the framework upon which artists can do their stuff requires multiple spreadsheets, bits of paper, highlighters and a bucket full of vintage Fringe buttons for those who like to use so called 'button method' when scheduling shows. Listen to learn more about how Minnesota Fringe ensures every festeival artist gets a fair shake.

Plus we hear from Fringe artists on what they learned by putting up a work-in-progress at Drafts Draughts last April.

Pivot, quit or stick with it? Is the grass always greener on the other side? Do you have what it takes to be a star? Do you even want to be one? What does it take to be an artist? How do you get someone to read your script?

Fringe fans share their thoughts on their motivations and creativity from a variety of experiences across the artistic spectrum.

Live performance has a way of making us pay attention, even against our will. Artists and fans talk about this and other reasons why they love seeing a live performance.

Plus, how you can win a $50 gift certificate to Fringe Central, a song hot off the press and a challenge that could change your life if you should be so adventurous as to take it.
