After 2 short seasons, the HBO Gossip Girl Reboot is saying farewell and has been cancelled. We have....mixed feelings about this. The show wasn't an avant-garde masterpiece but we did enjoy seeing what the kids of Constance were up to! 

Since the show has been (hastily) wrapped up, we talk about the reasons the show got cancelled; from financial limitations, to creator Joshua Safran's decisions, to the biggest one of all - the story choices that were made in Season 2.  

Did you spend most of the second season confused as to what on earth was happening? Why did Georgina Sparks show up out of nowhere to be a crazy person? Why was Julien Calloway making the stupidest decisions? Was the Aki, Max and Audrey throuple destined to fail? What were Obie and Zoya even doing this season? Why do the writers hate Luna and Monet? Well we were just as confused as you!

Issa Rae's HBO comedy-drama Insecure ended a year ago and we miss it so much! In this episode, M&M discuss adult friendship through the lens of the various relationships in the show.

With 19 Seasons (and counting), there's a lot that changes in the lives of the Doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial. In this video we focus on Alex Karev and the 2 women he loved - Izzie Stevens and Jo Wilson.  

Although his exit is one of the most controversial on the show, you cant deny that Jolex and Izzex are two of the most popular ships in the fandoms. M&M compare the couples and make a case for why each woman was (and wasn't) the love of Alex's life.  

We focus on the characters as individuals, as well as the couples as a whole - Who was a more well rounded character? Who knew Alex better? Which relationship was healthier? These are all questions we touch on as we go through one of our favourite character's love life ❤️

Happy New Year y'all 🎊 ! We're kicking off 2023 with one of our favourite shows of all time - Bojack Horseman!

This Netflix Black-Comedy Drama is everything we could have asked for from a TV Show and the many depictions of human struggles and difficulties is incredible. We spend this episode discussing the character storylines and interactions with mental illness that we enjoyed the most throughout the show.

2022 has been an awesome year for television - we have some new favourites and re-watched some oldies that reminded us why we fell in love with TV! There were also some really REALLY bad shows that probably should never have gotten greenlit in the first place 😂

 The guests this season see fidelity as more of a suggestion than a hard rule in their relationship. Mix that in with most of the guys displaying some of the worst traits you can expect from men and you get a pretty spicy season!
