Remembering I need to calm down sometimes

Watch what you watch, listen to, who’s around you, what you read... etc. That shit can ruin your day, week, month. Pay attention to how you feel. If you’re feeling “a way” then get it together and get by yourself

Sometimes crying is like throwing up. Don’t do that shit all the time, but it’s ok when you do every once in a while. We are humans with feelings and emotions and we react to what happens around us || Just like when you’re sick and throwing up rids your body of bad things... crying feels good to let it out. Now... if you crying about the same shit over and over for years, you need to self assess. What the fuck is really going on and get it together

We can grow and see things moving as we cleanse our minds from some of the things holding us back. But we need to keep cleansing, getting rid of old habits and mindsets so we can continue with growth and keep the momentum. #miouxnie

Stop catering to everyone else and cater to your got damn blessed self. You exist to be you, not to be everyone else... again... you exist to be you and live your own life... not to be who everyone else expects you to be and to please them. -Miouxnie

Live in the moment... don’t overthink

I use to get caught up in what people think so much that it damn near kept me from being who I needed to be. The words of people who didn’t know me or my situation hurt. Now I’m so caught up in me... they don’t hurt as much anymore. I know who I am. Miouxnie

That’s what I’m focused on. Love and hustle. I need to love myself so damn good that I know how I want a man to love me and don’t take no less than expected. Loving my life so much that I appreciate every moment. Loving my gifts and talents so much that I use them to create opportunities for myself and bless the world withe them.
