When it’s frustrating, sad, annoying... put those emotions into something positive. Transfer that negative energy

Stop hesitating and being worried about what non mutha fuckin factors think lol. Love yourself, and express your gifts! GO!

I can only speak for myself, but I haven’t given myself room to be human, be a woman... I was looking at myself like “I don’t have time for no Got Damn Emotions. I have no business being emotional.” But really, when you go against nature you aren’t in harmony with it. Right? When you’re in harmony with the universe, there’s so much more peace, even when things happen you never expected. It’s ok to feel feelings like loneliness, joy, desire, sadness, anxiety, love, but don’t allow the negative emotions to stay. They can make you sick. They cause chemical imbalance. Keep growing and adjusting and doing things that make you happy. Keep your goals in front of you and move toward them, achieve them, and set more goals!

Being in that Depressed mind state is no damn joke. But after experiencing it several times in my life I can hope on it before it turns to being overwhelming. Recognize the signs and handle it immediately.

I get it... life’s not easy, but at least make it exciting. Give it some flare by taking what you love and doing shit with it

Don’t let religion or people keep you from what’s for you. Get what you want. Think and focus on what you want and make a step
