DJ Zwe explained "main character energy" (living with confidence and self-belief), "main character syndrome" (thinking you're more important than everyone else), "slay" (to do something exceptionally well or look amazing), and "steal the show" (to attract the most attention with an outstanding performance).

On Thursday – "The One-Word Upgrade," listeners learned how to replace common phrases with more natural and powerful vocabulary. Instead of saying "very tired," they learned "exhausted" and "drained." Instead of "very busy," they learned "swamped," and instead of "very angry," they learned "furious."
