This episode focuses on the topic of Meditation, it's benefits and my journey to higher consciousness through meditation. I also give examples of the different types of meditation and do a mini meditation at the end.

This episode is inspired by the recent court trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The topic of abuse is an on going one and listening to them speak, hearing their voice recordings and reading text their messages aloud reminded me of the toxic cycle of abuse I was in. I discuss the impact of abuse and how I got on my journey to healing and loving myself and share tips on how you can do the same.

This first episode is a brief introduction to who I am and why I started this podcast. I discuss topics that I will go in to further in future episodes like miracles, being a caregiver, my journey to self love and self acceptance.
