Here we are at 7th chakra. In this episode I discuss my discovery of where my own imbalances are aside from the tools I use to balance my energy. I express my current challenges and how I implement techniques to navigate and direct my life daily to reach my goals of high consciousness.

Life can be hard and as we're witnessing today it's even that much more harder on teenagers. In this episode I discuss the conversations I'm having about teenagers along with reading articles and different studies on how the Pandemic and social media are affecting the mental health of teens. We're far from a solution as this new way of life is just beginning but we can always start with our own healing so that we can support the youth of today.
