Isaiah 35:4-7 records the prophet painting a glorious picture of restoration of the exiled Israel. This prophecy extends beyond the original audience to us. Like Israel, we remember better times. We too are exiles, exiled from our Edenic identity. We live our lives trying to regain what was lost through the fall. But through Jesus Christ, all is not lost.
