Hoy quiero regalarles un cover de una canción que me resulta interesante, su ritmo es alegre y movido y su letra a pesar de que puede resultar graciosa a simple vista, nos cuenta las huellas que puede dejar una relación fallida.

Esta canción nos enseña que toda persona que pase por nuestra vida deja un rastro, el tiempo dirá si es positivo o negativa la experiencia y en muchos casos suele ser difícil de superar el dolor que queda el corazón tras la ruptura.

A mi me encanta la voz de la chica de Jesse y Joy porque me parece muy bonita, se le entiende muy bien lo que canta y tiene un color de voz claro y hermoso, simplemente es un placer escucharla cantar por eso hoy quise probar y además interpretar uno de sus tantos temas.

Hive music festival Week 172 Round 1

Gente bella y hermosa de Hive, les envío un saludo y abrazo virtual, espero que se encuentren bien y les doy la bienvenida a este espacio donde suelo compartir mi gran pasión por la música.

Ya extrañaba mucho compartir en este espacio, créanme que no ha Sido por falta de ganas pues en mi mente estaba planificado mis entradas, pero una cosa llevaba a la otra y eso me impidió compartir mis interpretaciones.

Esta semana no me quise arriesgar nuevamente y quise subir mi entrada a tiempo, me he dado cuenta que los fines de semanas están siendo movidos para mí y eso me ha impedido grabar mis entradas para el festival.

En este ciclo quiero dedicar mis versiones a canciones interpretadas por una cantante cristiana que admiro mucho, además de tener una voz hermosísima Marcela Gándara nos roba el corazón con letras que nos llevan a momento de intimidad con Dios, al menos así me siento yo cuando la escucho. Esta canción en especial me recuerda a mi mamá porque recuerdo que ella la cantaba mucho, en estos días me ha invadido la nostalgia pues la extraño mucho, ella emigró hace un mes y me hace mucha falta tenerla cerca.

La letra de este tema es una absoluta entrega de adoración a Dios, para mí significa una vida rendida a Él. La verdad es que aun no tengo claro los dos temas que escogeré para este ciclo ya que tiene muchos que son valiosos para mí ya que me traen recuerdos agradables, espero escoger las más idóneas.

Hive Open mic Week 302

Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive, bienvenidos a este espacio musical. Me alegra estar de vuelta con ustedes una semana más para seguir compartiendo mis experiencias y pensamientos sobre la vida y la música.

Para esta semana tuve que buscar un poco para traer un tema adecuado, de hecho tuve que aprenderme esta canción porque no me sabía ninguna que encajara con la temática de la semana y como saben algunos a mi me gusta mucho buscar canciones que vayan con la frase propuesta.

Al escuchar esta canción supe que no Seguiría buscando porque tiene una vibra muy alegre y bonita, aunque ya la había escuchado antes, no me sabía la letra y allí es donde empieza mi reto con la memoria y gracias a Dios no me fue mal, luego de eso tuve que practicarla mucho porque a veces se siente como un trabalenguas y es necesario dominar la respiración en las frases del coro.

Debo decir que me gustó mucho esta elección, es una canción que nos motiva a ver el lado positivo de la vida y aunque no soy creyente de depender de la suerte, si estoy de acuerdo en que muchas de las cosas en nuestra vida no depende de nosotros, pero si creo que debemos estar preparados para cuando se nos presente cualquier oportunidad y así no desaprovecharla.

Saliéndome un poco del estilo musical que suelo interpretar en hive, hoy quiero presentarles mi versión de este clásico de Maná. Para mí es interesante como se logra combinar la letra de despecho y tristeza con un ritmo más animado por así decirlo, estamos acostumbrados a asociar canciones tristes con baladas o ritmos más lentos, pero este tema tiene momentos muy enérgicos y cuando lo combinas con la intensidad vocal del artista realmente es emocionante para mí, unas de las tantas que no se cantan sino que se gritan.

Les comento que esta semana comenzó con buen pie, me siento más animada y haciendo lo posible por retomar mi actividad en hive, he hecho una pequeña lista de esas canciones que me encantaría interpretar y espero estudiarlas para traerlas pronto pues para mí es una meta ir quitando de la lista esos temas que me dificultan. Otra meta para este año es darle forma a esas frases que guardo en mi celular y finalmente convertirlas en canciones, aunque admito que componer me da miedo, siento que es momento de sacar ese lado de mi, espero que no pase mucho tiempo para hacerlo realidad.

La canción trata sobre ese amor ferviente y esa necesidad de acercarse de nuevo a Dios, para mí es esa sensación de nostalgia y anhelo por volver a ese primer amor, es una canción bellísima, íntima y para mí una dedicatoria de amor a nuestro Dios.

Hola gente bella de Hive, me alegra decirles que poco a poco llega la normalidad a mi vida, esta semana he estado retomando parte de mi rutina y debo decir que me hacía falta ese orden y control que dejé en las vacaciones de diciembre.

Hive music festival Week 165 Round 3

Gente bella y hermosa de Hive, les envío un saludo y abrazo virtual, espero que se encuentren bien y les doy la bienvenida a este espacio donde suelo compartir mi gran pasión por la música.

Logré terminar este ciclo del festival y se siente genial porque justo hoy fué el último día en el colegio de mi hijo, lo que significa vacaciones, paz, tranquilidad y serenidad en mi hogar. Han Sido días muy ocupados en mi familia pues están sucediendo muchas cosas, tengo a mi abuelo muy enfermo y además preparando un viaje de unos familiares que nos tienen algo nerviosos y ansiosos, pero siempre hay espacio para la música 😊

Este año ha Sido muy interesante a nivel musical porque me he salido de mi zona de confort para experimentar con artistas que interpretan géneros y estilos musicales que no estoy muy acostumbrada a escuchar, tal es el caso de Lasso, y en esta oportunidad les digo que estoy enamorada de su música, aunque yo considero que es para un público juvenil, (no les diré mi edad) 🤣 sus canciones han llegado a mi corazón y la prueba de eso es que forman parte de mi playlist al momento de hacer el aseo en casa y ese honor no lo tiene cualquiera.

Espero pronto poder traerles otros temas de este artista, la verdad es que no son fáciles de interpretar y adaptar al tono de una mujer, pero quiero intentarlo y darle un toque único y por supuesto disfrutar el proceso de creación.

Casi que no logro llegar a tiempo para esta ronda, pero es que me prometí esta vez terminar las tres y aunque no tenía previsto subir contenido a hive sino hasta la semana que viene, hice un esfuerzo enorme por grabar, fué una locura porque en esta oportunidad no tenía a nadie cerca para que me ayudara con mi hijo, así que estuve mucho tiempo tratando de que estuviera tranquilo mirando tv, pero cada tanto salía y me interrumpía, un poco frustrante a decir verdad, pero después de muchos intentos logré una toma.

Debo decir que esta canción pasó desapercibida la primera vez que la escuché, no conecté de inmediato con ella, fué en el momento en el que ví el vídeo que entendí de que se trataba y por supuesto tomó un sentido muy nostálgico y hermoso en mi vida, pues la letra habla sobre la llegada de la hija de los cantantes, y pues al ser madre me sentí identificada. Me agrada que la canción es muy diferente a lo que estoy acostumbrada a escuchar sobre canciones que hablen de los hijos, suelen ser más dramáticas y melancólicas, pero esta es totalmente distinta, llena de dulzura, picardía, y hasta graciosa, sin dejar de lado el profundo sentimiento de amor y alegría por la llegado de un hijo a este mundo.

Pensé que en el cuatro esta canción quedaría mejor y pues me agradó mucho aprenderla para ustedes.

Hive music festival Week 163 Round 1

Gente bella y hermosa de Hive, les envío un saludo y abrazo virtual, espero que se encuentren bien y les doy la bienvenida a este espacio donde suelo compartir mi gran pasión por la música.

Los últimos días me han costado un poco estar activa por estos lados, entre tantas ocupaciones personales y algunos reuniones con amigos y familiares se me hecho imposibles practicar canciones, esta época de año esta repleta de reencuentros y momentos donde compartimos con nuestros seres amados.

Cuando no tengo idea de que canción interpretar, recurro a esos canciones que me encantan y que conozco muy su letra, ya que es una de las cosas que más se me hace difícil aprender a la hora de elegir una canción, ya mi memoria no es tan buena como antes, así que pensando en una opción recordé a un artista que escuché mucho en mi adolescencia, Luis fonsi, creo que es un excelente cantante y sus temas relaciones al amor y desamor lograron conquistarme en su tiempo, actualmente no sigo su carrera musical porque no me gusta el estilo que ha manejado desde hace un tiempo, cuestión de gusto supongo.

Considero que adaptar una canción de Fonsi no es fácil pues maneja un amplio rango vocal, en la mayoría de sus canciones subirle un tono para poder hacer las notas graves, puede ser un desafío para los agudos, claro depende del rango vocal de cada quien.

Me alegra seguir compartiendo buena música con ustedes, sin más que agregar les agradezco su tiempo, espero que disfruten de esta interpretación, nos vemos la próxima semana.

The last few days have been a bit difficult for me to stay active around here. Between so many personal commitments and some gatherings with friends and family, it has been impossible for me to practice songs. This time of year is full of reunions and moments where we share with our loved ones.

When I have no idea what song to perform, I turn to those songs that I love and know the lyrics to very well, since that's one of the things I find most difficult to learn when choosing a song, as my memory isn't as good as it used to be. So, thinking about an option, I remembered an artist I listened to a lot in my teens, Luis Fonsi. I think he is an excellent singer, and his songs about love and heartbreak won me over at the time. I don't follow his musical career now because I don't like the style he has been using for a while, a matter of taste I suppose.

I think adapting a Fonsi song is not easy because he has a wide vocal range. In most of his songs, raising the key to hit the low notes can be a challenge for the high notes, depending on each person's vocal range, of course.
