  • after three months
aaaa finally, i missed you so much, friends :( eto na yata longest gap between episodes huhu sooo this ep's just a supercut of the past three months aka since the sem started era hahaha. super chill chika lang neto on the various aspects of my life: acads, the tv and pop culture enthusiast in me, relationships, politics, problems, mental health, and many more. unintentionally organized sya, in all fairness! X) idk if this is actually podcast-worthy but i needed this for a breather + miss ko talaga kayo hmp. if you're looking for existential thoughts, sorry, i'll find time pa to reflect deeply enough for an episode :( love you all so much!

  • college pressure, life balance, a better society + fakecation supercut
hello! tbh, idk what to write here 'cause this is kinda all over the place XD i guess this episode's a fraction of my accumulated thoughts for the past rollercoaster weeks. i shared some vAcaTioN ganaps first. it ended so quickly i cri. you can skip that and proceed to the more meaningful part ^^ as a non GC but pressured litol student, shared my thoughts on academic numbers aka. grades (spoiler: they shouldn't bring us down so much huhu). also shared the magic of balancing how we deal with life — how helpful it is to look at the things bigger than ourselves and to ground ourselves as needed <33 lastly, idk how i got here but i gave my thoughts on how the society can simply work better for the hopeless to become hopeful hehe. hope you find this mirror monologue meaningful! ty so much 4 listening ILY :') | ps. frustratingly can't think of a better title i'm so sori huhu

  • mental health check on a rainy day
hello! i hope you're okay <33 this episode was recorded on june 2. as usual, a rainy day is a melancholic day :'( in this monologue, i talked about my detailed psych checkup experience, my emotions afterwards, and my meds experience. (please remember than you can always hit me up if you need a little guidance regarding this!) i also shared more perspectives on mental health that i learned from other people, which are very helpful! it was also a very vulnerable episode since i share the persistent anxious thoughts i've been having lately. the intentions of this episode are to release what has been bottled up inside me for so long and of course, an attempt to make you feel that you are not alone and that your feelings are valid — always have been, always will be! lastly, let's not forget to appreciate people who have been very supportive of our mental health journey and try to make the world a better place by always treating people with kindness :)

  • gender issues in arts & life in general
hellooo these are my after-arts-class-thoughts on women's rights & sentiments on the lgbtqia+ community issues. we tackled gender issues that are specifically projected towards the arts; as per usual, more social thoughts followed + a little advice from a human being who still has so much to learn. this episode is just short as i still have class after hehehe. let's continue to educate ourselves more regarding these matters! :')

  • after three weeks
hi! sorry for suddenly being mia for three weeks :( i'm back, yayyy! in this overloaded, kinda sabog yet chill episode: frustration on not knowing our purpose yet, discovering new interests everyday, missing the normal life (hard), mature relationships from kdrama, how to deal with anger, and unsolicited life updates hehehe :D missed you all! mwa

  • the impact of our existence
we become too hard on ourselves whenever our tiniest mistakes create the deepest scars. in the same manner, we look down on our poor souls who have too much battles — they start to drown us. other times, our biggest efforts just seem to bear the smallest fruits if not useless at all. are we too small or too big for the world? is the world too small or too big for us? here's a perspective that may (and i hope it will) help you be grounded and/or allow you to finally give credit to yourself for everything you've done :) plus some litol advice on how we can be better human beings to others and to ourselves

  • really, what should matter?
what must be eliminated in our minds for our well-being? what do we do with our past, present, and future? what will free us from our self-imposed bars and help us grow? in this episode, you will hear my after shower thoughts regarding these life questions that i hope make sense :) ps. this was recorded some time ago while doing my skincare so you may hear bottles hehe sorry!
