  • Move in the Right Direction
This little experience of mine made me ask myself just to know if I am on the right track, moving in the right direction and not misleading people. I think we should always take time to observe and know and also be sure of where we are heading to, because without we being aware, some people are watching and following the footprints we leave behind.

  • Dear Self, Happiness is Key
Last episode, I had the opportunity to sit and talk with Winnie Bartholomew who is a mother, biologist, a fashion designer and an health assistant. We talked about breaking up with your old self and she made mention of something that made me reflect. She said that happiness is key. In this journey of self-improvement, it is necessary to build a growth mindset of happiness, find your happiness and stay happy and never stop checking on yourself and the people you care about.

  • Self-Validation: Be A Good Friend To Yourself
I was blessed to sit down and have a discussion with Ikeoluwapo Oluwayemi in the last episode. One thing we talked about was self-validation. According to psychologytoday.com, Self-validation is accepting your own internal experience, your thoughts, and your feelings. We often look to those around us to let us know that we are doing fine and that we are good enough, but too many people rely on validation from others to feel good about themselves. You are fully capable of validating yourself.
