Story
Making sacrifices for people without them having some personal sacrifices for themselves. You commit to something with the understanding that both parties are committed.I mean you give up so much of yourself you're totally committed to the cause and you work to that end result that you both agreed to get to. and then you get to a certain point you realize hey I'm the only one in this mix this working I'm the only one that's doing something and all this.now you start to question him about their commitment level or their dedication to the agreement. and then you get a quick response of I quit I don't have time for this s***. you get mad you get devastated and you just wondering how come it's so easy for you to just quit and just stop doing something that we'd agreed and committed our time and our money and everything to doing it. Then you realize they didn't commit anything but their words, and that's really how a lot of people can walk away for something like that because they have no skin in the game, they have nothing financial, no time or any investment whatsoever into a certain project or agreement so it's easy for them to walk away. There's no skin in the game.

Advantages

don't ask for people to do something that you know they aren't capable of doing
don't turn your back on signs once you begin to see certain things aren't going to certain weight easier address it walk away but never just sit there and just turn your back and be blind to something that you know cuz I haven't seen your face
always have contingency plans in place just in case things change people don't work out situation doesn't work out make sure you got a plan b c and d.
