In the military there’s a hierarchy of leadership or chain of command. It’s a method planning, leadership, and implementation that has been around forever.

Officer design and plan

NCOs or Non-commissioned Officers Review and Implement

Soldiers, Marines, Seamen, and Airmen carry everything out

No thought to anything. Just a smooth system that has been around forever.

Entrepreneurs are different. They have to craft all those tasks themselves, or acquire a team to make everything happen.

One situation you have a nice road to drive up to the top of the mountain.

The other you are a the bottom of the mountain trying to figure out how to get to the top.

Employees Follow Systems. Entrepreneurs Create Systems

Employees

CEOs or cool design and create Business systems

Upper management supervisors and make sure those systems get implemented

Employees just have to carry everything out

How Are They Given Out?

Procedures are written down

Employees are reminded of the importance of the procedures

Procedures are usually easily accessible

Compliance is rewarded and stragglers are punished

Entrepreneurs

Must do it all

Design and create

Find management and managers to implement and supervise their ideas or plans

Carry out or find someone that can carry it out

Creating A System

First make an assessment of what you have

What you do on a regular basis

How do you function or operate in your company or organization

Create a process

just make a general plan how you want things to work

remember that this is just a plain and nothing that's etched in stone

It will change as you made other decisions to learn more information

Brainstorm on how you're playing can be better

Is there anything missing

Ask who what when where and why things are needed

take all personal preferences out of the equation and look at what's best for the organization

Implement

Stick to your plan and vision

Be responsive to changes and things that you might have forgot to think about

Make note of all the steps you take in the process

Continuously improve

Revisit mistakes

Makes advances and accomplishments better
