There are four common pathways to college

Savings

Most common 529 Plan - state-issued

Allocation of funds over a period of time

Fund in proportion to the amount needed for college

Full amount or say the first year

Athletics

Usually, some type of athletic potential is shown

There might be a track to help the child develop athletically and academically to qualify for a scholarship

You make a substantial sacrifice on personal trainers, nutrition, camps, and traveling teams.

The hope is to get a discounted or free scholarship

Academics

There’s a big misconception when it comes to academic scholarships.

Good grades get you accepted into a school, not necessarily gets you free tuition.

Usually, students with good grades that qualify for scholarships have some lower income component.

Scholarship contests, essay writing, grants, and endowments can cover things.

Loans

The least desired option, but the most chosen.

Mainly because the previous step isn’t chosen.

The good part about loans is that they are easily accessible, the bad part is that they can put your child under a mountain of debt.

Parents, please don’t wait for your child's senior year to start preparing seriously for college. Have some kind of plan in place from infancy, or as soon as you can financially commit to something.

I suggest parents map out a yearly gameplan each year for their children as soon as they enter the 9th grade. Being proactive is the best plan a parent can have. There are tons of scholarships out there, especially for graduating seniors. But the student and the parent have to be prepared to write and apply for at least one hundred scholarships. You may not need that many, but you must have that mental commitment.

Many parents spend thousands of dollars to put their children in private school, to have them attend a school they could have attended while attending a public school. That money could have been saved for college tuition. In my opinion, the private school should forward you to upper tier universities and colleges, not local state schools.

Also, keep in mind that your plan for your and their plan may be two different things. So please observe the trek your child is on, so you don’t spend years planning something that the child has no interest in.

Keep personal sacrifices in align with the plans you have for others. You can’t control what's in peoples minds and hearts. Make sure you are fair but don’t give up your dreams for others.

Seek Advice Consultant Accountant Lawyer Business Plan Gather and process concrete information Solid cost and price information Actual market analysis toward your target market Know you are Financially Ok Your numbers personally and business wise look realistic It's Time to Move!!! After You Make The Move Jump off the cliff without a parachute. Be disciplined Mentally prepare yourself for 20 hour work days Don’t let doubt stop you, use it as motivation to keep going. Routinely evaluate your metrics Look over your numbers daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. Seek additional advice to explain what you need to look for. Enjoy Yourself and find time to rest. It’s not meant for everyone. Take it serious. Life tip Always be ready for opportunities. Conclusion Believe in Yourself Doesn’t matter what plan you have if you don’t truly believe it.

I recommend anyone that's renting a property to make sure you purchase renter's insurance is affordable is cost-effective is smart is there specifically so you don't be in a situation where you lost everything and wants you need to try to get back on your feet you have to just start from scratch is that help you to get back hold so I just want anybody to the purchase it.
