This episode is very important to the Miss Manual Community due to the fact of how many messages we receive of how many ladies are in search of other women on the track. 

Many ladies have the desire to attend events like "The Drift Kitchen" where they can meet other lady drift enthusiasts at all levels but are afraid to take that next step. Ana, Megan. & Marissa share the set up &  progression of there 1st drift Kitchen event till the present. There outcomes weren't perfect, some actually frustrating. The beauty of this episode the ladies share how they've made ton of improvements & makes it feel a lot more real & obtainable for females to feel they have a place on the track.

Savannah Raskey recently acquired her commercial pilot license last year in 2018.  Savannah had the privilege to grow up around the aviation industry having her father as a pilot for United Air Way.  She shares her experience of not really wanting to go in that direction immediately at young age despite having the tools & resources readily available.  

Traveling to many parts of the world has brought Savannah leaps of motivation, perspective, & humility that the world needs & she takes the time share.

16 year old Motorsport Athlete Amanda Sorensen reached out to Miss Manual to jump back on the podcast  (after being on episode  10)

to share some perspective on the sport drifting as it continues to become a household sport #2 behind NASCAR. 

Amanda & her dad created the platform (DriftLine) where you can seek information on drift events all around the nation if interested in stepping on the track!

This conversation is an important due to the fact that theirs a fast growing number of females developing interest in jumping into the industry. 

The problem were solving with this podcast are preparing women for pros & cons entering a male dominated industry. Many feel alone, however with conversations like this reaching thousands this is bracing that might have been hesitant to live through ladies perspective & not feel isolated .

Pro Model of 9+ years turned Race Car Driver jumps on the show & shares detail on her up bringing from her family being a 1st generation racer. 

Savanna Found herself as an umbrella model for Nissan & was approached to jump into passenger seat as everyone thought that it would turn out to be a great laugh to frighten her while in such an intense environment for the 1st time.

This was the start of Savannas addiction to be in the fast lane & actually start competing on the track instead.

Savanna has passion that is so deep that social media doesn't express that shares with us with us on episode 82 of how she carving her way!

Born & Raised in Wyoming, grew up loving fast cars, fast horses, & photography,

Realized she only could put her energy in one area. Graduated from Wyo-tech in Diesel Technology. 

Samantha shares what its like working with massive CAT equipment & how dangerous it can be if you're not paying attention.

Sam thrives in the chaotic environment, she owns 7 vehicles , 5 horses, 3 dogs, 1 cat, & a single pair of snowmobiles & dirt bikes. 

It truly gives Sam a Breath of fresh to journey among-st communities like Miss Manual & the podcast where it has expanded her view of how many women are actually involved in the industry.

Slick feels all people need to know how to drive a manual. If Zombies were to take over the world & the only vehicles available to drive manual,  90% of people in America would be eaten alive due to stalling! 

Nicole (ICRAVEBOOST) was the 1st Female car enthusiast I contacted to jump on the podcast a year ago! 

12 months later after many attempts we finally found a mutual time bring Nicole on the MM Podcast to share her perspective as a female in the Automotive industry.  Nicole jumped out of her comfort zone to share the truth of who she he his off of Instagram & YouTube. 

Has had incredible opportunity & success with the help of social media, however it hasn't been a easy road which is the main if not exact reason she  was needed to jump on the show. Nicole gives insight on her up & down roller coast to her journey thus far. 

Nicole already an adrenaline addiction growing up & it has translated to her day to day life & goals.  

Megan aka @brapqueen_ has been a long time Follower of Miss Manual & the podcast & she shares her support towards ladies she admire in the automotive Industry. 

This Megan has an aggressive approach to attend up to a dozen drift & car events to really push her comfort zone to really immerse herself in the culture of the car scene & the driver seat.
