Alot of ladies are terrified to enter the atmosphere anything in the automotive industry special not having anyone in there circle that live in the environment.  A lot of people make up this massive story of why were afraid to trying something. Episodes like are meant to move people one step forward to jumping out of the comfort zone that they've been dying to do in the 1st place.    

Kirsten Vaughn (@ms.reds.wrenching) is on a interesting journey on becoming a  Honda Master Technician.

Kirsten has faced many different shop environment as she pursues to become an ASE certified Master Technician.

Communication as a female inside a male dominated space is very important due to the fact women can become a target in such a high alpha environment.  

Adriana aka (@thatjdmgirl) driver of  Phoenix, the Mini Mopar out in Florida joins on as guest on the MM Podcast, She shares her relationship in the cockpit & her passion of how eager she is to normalize the concept of women in the Automotive industry. 

Adriana grew up learning her way on the track through her father as her main role model & mentor.  With that being said her main focus never veered outside of being a better driver. 

 98 Kouki 5.3 swapped is what Adriana competes in on the track along side with her boyfriend & father.  Adriana shares many life lessons on the show that have translated  into her personal from being behind the driver seat.

Kyrstie shares how her art helps express herself as a person. One of the common themes I have picked up & seen among st females involved in the car scene is there ability to creatively express themselves with some form of illustration. Its important to narrow down on this trend being that many lack the ability to express who they are & find themselves hiding there actual self.  

This is an issue stemming from starting with the two points listed below. 

The 1st point lies within the factor of comparing one another online & not telling the full story. 

The 2nd layer lies within the comparison of feeling the need & urge to keep up with everyone & there car progressions. 

In this episode a lot is to be learned through Kyrstie interesting perspective & how she strives to live her life.

Automotive Technology Instructor for Dekany HighSchool over in Houston Texas jumps on & share his passion of teaching the youth in class. 

David has bonded enough with his students to recognize to use social media to grab there attention spand & interest  when he attends events outside of the classroom. 

The soul purpose of bringing Mr. Almazan on is to encourage the young ones that are uncertain on there journey in the automotive journey, simply looking for some type of guidance. David is fully committed to giving his all to his students now & to come where they can enjoy being in the classroom & learn the basics.

Jumps on the show & shares her plans for her Ladies Takeover track day on December 29th 2019. 

Jacrin has many friends that have interest & are curious to jump into the fast lane on the track. 

Yet many are too scared to take that leap thinking its a just for the "boys". This constant feedback motivated her to create an environment it would welcome the females interested getting on the track to come & not be intimidated being out number by the guys. 

Jacrin has faced her struggles on the track & has had great support from her boyfriend (@Ivancpx)

A lot goes untold on social media, the hard work ,dedication, & the frustrations.

So many are fooled by the "InstaFam" & are shocked by work & end up quitting after a short period of time.

We must do a better job in to show one another that we dont have it all figured out or have bad days. It honestly a sick game, preach were all the same yet pose like we arent .
